Extended Supply
Program

Alford's

How the plan works - Program Details

Alford's Extended Supply Program is for maintenance medications that a patient has been on and will probably be on for many months to come. Not all medications are on Alford's Extended Supply Program.

What you need to do..

  • Talk to your pharmacy staff. We will verify that you are able to receive your medication on the extended supply program.

  • Request from your provider to prescribe an extended supply prescription. (Alford's Pharmacy can also take care of this for you, simply ask!)

  • Pricing does not apply to lower than 180 days' supply of medication; prices cannot be prorated.

  • Changes may be made at any time without notice. Only medications listed below are eligible.
